1. CONTRIBUTE TO PAYING OPERATING EXPENSES
Monthly tuition fees range between PHP 1,100.00 to PHP 1,800.00 (USD 22 to USD 36 approx.) per child. Sadly, most payments are delayed, while some have been neglected, since many students are in fact poor. The school has been offering large discounts to numerous students to accommodate financially struggling families. Your contribution can help us pay utility bills, including the electricity and water bills.
2. HELP IN REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
A number of the school’s facilities are in need of repair, including the Masjid ceiling, classroom walls and ceilings, students’ desks and chairs, stairways etc.
3. IMPROVE FACILITIES
The School Library is in need of additional reference books, especially Islamic books that are authored by the people of knowledge who follow the Qur’an and the Sunnah according to the understanding of the righteous predecessors. Some rooms, such as the Science and Computer labs, require additional equipment, hardware and tools to meet the growing number of students.
4. CONSTRUCTION OF A COVERED COURT
The basketball court is being utilized for the performance of the ‘Eid prayers, in addition to holding sports activities like football and volleyball. However, the court lacks a shade, which would be very useful to provide cover against the possibility of rain during ‘Eid. The shade would also allow the students to practice Physical Education anytime of the day. A couple of experts have estimated the cost of this project to be between PHP 1 million to PHP 2 million, depending on the build quality.
5. EXPANDING THE SCHOOL COMPOUND
The 2,500sqm lot adjacent to the school is for sale. The school intends to purchase the land to expand its premises. This can allow future construction of buildings to ensure full segregation between males and females. Recently, the asking price for the land is at around PHP 6,500.00/sqm.
